How quickly will a Designated Drafter (DD) be assigned to my team?

After submitting your order, a mail confirming league details will be sent along with the next steps. A DD will be assigned to your team within an hour of a confirmed order.

How can I communicate with my assigned DD?

Correspondence with your assigned DD will be available through email or the Contact Us section of the website. DD contact information will be provided when an order is confirmed.

What's the difference between a DD and Autodraft?

For the Singe Draft service, your DD will select the best possible assortment of players, keeping in mind the league type and strategy requested. The personal touch provided ensures that up-to-date player news is taken into account. Autodraft offerings serve to fill starting lineup positions without considering the nuances of strategy, player availability, or team schedule. This generally leads to undesirable results and can start a user's season off at a disadvantage.

Is there a referral bonus if I share this service?

Can I purchase GM services at any point during the season?

Yes! Our in-season services are available at the click of a button. If you decide mid-season that support is needed, we are ready to help. Regardless of when a service is purchased, the same professional assistance will be implemented to bring about success. For the highest chance of success, we suggest support from the draft forward if possible.

What do GM services offer in the offseason?

Depending on the type of league a user is participating in, there may not be an “offseason”! Your DD will continue with team management in preparation for the next season. Whether it's exploring offseason trades, making keeper decisions, or supporting rookie drafts, round-the-clock support will continue.

I purchased Designated Drafter services. Does this mean I will win?

Every sports season is unpredictable. While we will deliver the best service possible, injuries, suspensions, or unplanned events can and will impact seasonal performance. While our intent is to help you win, Designated Drafter is not liable for any lost league fees, bets, etc. We are here to support and provide a service to you! Enjoy the sport and play wisely!
